I am by no means anti-aging anything at my age I embrace all that the world has given to me and even what has been taken from me. No matter how painful I learned to cut my losses. Through it, all I learned Compassion, understanding, and respect among the masses meeting people where they are is something that took a lot of time, but I get it. Art has played such a big role in my life because understanding negative and positive space is something that can be translated into everyday life. One week ago when I pulled a muscle in my leg I am still recovering so I am sitting in my bed writing this Wellness blog grammarlydepot.com is a one-stop shop an information highway every Vmonth I would like to create a blog that can support my worldview, visions, and varicosities. The blogging community is a wonderful platform to ride the information highway until the wheels fall off. One thing for sure pain is a great equalizer the leg thing and enduring physical therapy allowed me to look and dive deep into my soul journey. To change my eating habits is at the top of my list I just like the way that I feel when I am mindful about what I put into my mouth because I do know that the body whispers can turn into a shout through hurts, pains, and setbacks. I want to take as many people as possible on the journey the Pro aging information is out there for the world to experience. After all, maturation is just another way of saying recycled teenagers recycled, reused, and repurposed versatile and flexible and up to the daunting challenges with grace, poise and a whole lot of wisdom. Lunch was Tomato Soup with bite-size Salmon and @EarthBalance Coconut spread
Dinner was Salmon seared seasoned on both sides with Lemon Pepper on top of the stove with @EarthBalance Coconut Spread garnished with a pineapple and sprinkled with theCreole Trinity seasoning then placed into the oven for 30 minutes, whole Corn, Mediterranean snow peas, Tumeric and Ginger Saurekraut seasoned with a pinch of Himalayan salt. bon apetit
